The New Trader Joe’s Dubai Chocolate Bar Could Be Your Next Go-To Treat…If You Can Find It

If you’ve been anywhere near TikTok lately, you’ve probably seen the chocolate bar with a vibrant green filling, satisfying crunch, and the glitz and glam of a luxurious Dubaian chocolatier. Now picture this but with a $4 price tag. Meet Trader Joe’s Dubai Style Pistachio Chocolate Bar, the latest obsession to be flying off TJ’s shelves.

What is Dubai-style chocolate?

Crispy, rich, and totally addictive, Dubai chocolate bars are typically made with dark chocolate and stuffed with a creamy pistachio filling and kataifi (shredded phyllo dough). This bar first caught fan attention from the now-viral company Fix Dessert Chocolatier, which sells its chocolates for $60 per bar. Now, Trader Joe’s has teamed up with Turkish brand Patislove to bring a similar version to the U.S. for a fraction of the price.

Every once in a while a dessert bar comes along and changes your life. This one did just that and we CAN’T GET KNAFEH OF IT! Ps. We are only available in Dubai and only on Deliveroo (link in bio to order). Please beware of scammers 🙏 #FixDessertChocolatier #OfficialFIX #WhatsYourFIX #Madeindubai #Dubaiviralchocolate #FIXchocolate #FreakingIncredibleDesserts #onlyondeliveroo

The combo of earthy pistachio, bittersweet dark chocolate, and that delicate crunchy texture is luxury in snack form.

What do customers think of the Trader Joe’s Dubai Style Pistachio Chocolate Bar?

It is safe to say that this Trader Joe’s product launch has been a success. It was released the week of May 26, and already, there is none to be found. Despite being nowhere to be found, the limited-time product description notes that this chocolate will be “available at your neighborhood Trader Joe’s now through July” which tells me that a restock could be in our near future.

In her review, TikToker @cupoftj reports that the candy bar is “so decadent” and rates it a 7/10. Trader Joe’s is no stranger to a viral video selling out their products but this is next level. I’d go as far to say that this sell-out falls right in line with the mini pastel totes.

In another TikTok comparing the Trader Joe’s Dubai chocolate bar to another $25 chocolate bar of the same style, the TJ’s product wins unanimously.

Where can I find the Trader Joe’s Dubai Style Pistachio Chocolate Bar?

If you’re lucky, your local Trader Joe’s might have a few bars left in stock near the candy aisle and some stores are expecting restocks this June so keep an eye out.

If you can’t find it at Trader Joe’s there are a few affordable options online. Etsy is a great option to ensure a handmade product and they usually go for under $10 a piece. Another easily accessible store is Walmart which usually has Dubai-style products selling for closer to $15.

Whether you’re a pistachio lover, chocolate snob, trend follower, or just need a little pick-me-up, this Trader Joe’s Dubai Style Chocolate Bar seems to be worth the hype. It is delicious, trendy, and cheap enough to justify buying a few of them if you can find them.
