Shake Shack Has A New Dubai Chocolate Milkshake

Beyond the gourmet burgers, crinkle-cut fries, and criminally-underrated (IMO) hot dogs, fast food joint Shake Shack is beloved for the chain’s indulgent frozen custard shakes. While the chain offers the classic chocolate and vanilla, as well as a selection of unique seasonal flavors, the internet’s obsession with Dubai chocolate and pistachio is still going strong — so much so, that the fast food chain is jumping on the trend with the new Shake Shack Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake.

What’s the new Shake Shack Dubai Chocolate pistachio shake?

Spring is in the air, and Shake Shack already has plenty of limited-time flavors seasonal flavors such as the Thai Iced Tea Shake, the Cherry Blossom Shake, and the Brownie Batter Hot Cocoa Shake for warmer weather. Now, at select locations across the country, it looks like the fast food chain has decided to add one more milkshake for spring.

Starting today, for a limited time only, Shake Shack is now offering a  Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake. Inspired by the Dubai chocolate bar that went viral  last year, the new Shake Shack Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake may be one of the most delicious takes on the flavor trend.

What is the Shake Shack Dubai Chocolate Pistachio shake?

This decadent dessert features a nutty, pistachio frozen custard base blended with shredded buttery phyllo and toasty kataifi (a pastry dough common in Middle Eastern desserts). The rich milkshake is all wrapped in a crackable dark chocolate shell, and topped with satisfyingly crunchy kataifi and chopped pistachios on top for a drinkable take on the luxurious sweet.

Is the new Shake Shack Dubai Chocolate Pistachio shake good?

TikTok user Rachel, better known by her username @thecarboholic,  has been “hyper fixated” on all things Dubai chocolate recently and was so excited to try Shake Shack’s new offering. After trying the milkshake, Rachel “can’t say enough good things about it.”

This is such a creative interpretation of the crunchy bar that I love, and is probably the best shake I’ve ever had,” she added in a TikTok video reviewing the shake.

Where can I get the Shake Shack Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake?

The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake will only be available at 30 Shake Shack locations in just three cities: New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami.  Unlike other Shake Shack favorites, which can be pre-ordered online, the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio milkshake (which retails for $8) is only available for order in-person at select chain locations.

Beyond the limited locations, the Dubai Chocolate Shake will also be made in limited quantities, too, with each of the 30 franchises only making 25 milkshakes per day. According to AllRecipes, the quantity limit is due to how “labor-intensive” the shake is.

Though there’s no explicit date for the end of this seasonal offering, given the limited nature of the pistachio shake, it’s probably best to head to one of the 30 locations selling the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio milkshake as soon as possible — and as early in the morning as possible, too, before the 25 run out.
