A Second Starbucks Summer Menu Was Leaked — Here’s What We Know

The new Starbucks summer menu may have just dropped on May 20, but it seems like the coffee chain may have a few more drinks up its sleeve for later this summer. According to food blogger @Markie_Devo (who is known for a nearly perfect track record when it comes to seasonal menu leaks and upcoming Starbucks releases), the company is gearing up to release a new Starbucks late summer menu, including brand new drinks, a holiday frappuccino, and a returning fan-favorite treat.

What are the new Starbucks summer drinks?

According to Devo (who shared the speculated menu from a Starbucks employee), the late summer menu includes a brand new 4th of July-themed drink, a line of new Frappuccino beverages. And, these drinks won’t replace the current offerings — aka the Summer-Berry Refresher and new Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso — but supplement the summer menu in July.

What is the new Starbucks Firework Frappuccino?

The first item in the Starbucks late summer menu is a limited-edition holiday drink, which Devo speculates will be available from July 1 through July 8 in time for Independence Day. The new Starbucks Firework Frappuccino features the returning Summer Berry Refresher (which is available now as part of the original Starbucks summer menu) blended with ice and coconut milk, raspberry pearls, and strawberry puree, and topped with Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam.

Even though the Firework Frappuccino is a limited offering, it’s easy enough to customize for a cool and refreshing take on the Summer Berry Refresher all summer long.

What are the new Starbucks Strato Frappuccino beverages?

After the Firework Frappuccino’s limited run, Starbucks is speculated to drop a line of three new Strato Frappuccinos, according to Devo. The Strato Frappuccinos feature new spins on fan-favorite flavors with Starbucks cold foam on top, rather than whipped cream.

First up is the Salted Caramel Mocha Strato Frappuccino, which is a take on the Starbucks classic mocha Frappuccino. Devo says that this drink will feature a mocha frappuccino that is topped with Salted Caramel Cream Cold Foam and finished with a caramel drizzle for a decadent summer drink.

If you love the cult-classic Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, the drink will make its official blended debut as the Brown Sugar Strato Frappuccino. This coffee frappuccino features a layer of the new Starbucks Brown Sugar Cream Cold Foam, and it’s topped with cinnamon powder.

And last but not least, if you prefer tea over coffee, the Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino is a matcha creme frappuccino topped with Strawberry Cream Cold Foam. Given how much I loved the secret menu Cherry Matcha Latte, I already know this blended strawberry version is going to hint.

What food is on the late Starbucks summer menu?

Beyond the brand-new drinks being added to the Starbucks summer menu in July, the coffee chain is also welcoming back a beloved bakery item. According to Devo, the “Double Chocolate Brownie is returning” to Starbucks stores, and “it will be at participating locations any day now,” though the exact date is unconfirmed.

When is the new Starbucks summer menu available?

Devo speculates that the Firework Frappuccino will be available beginning July 1 through July 7 in time for the 4th of July. The new Strato Frappuccinos will be available beginning the following day, on July 8. In the meantime, I’ll happily be sipping on the new Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.
