If you’re a pickle lover then get ready to celebrate. National Pickle Day is coming on November 14, showing appreciation for the briny cucumber. Whether you like your pickles with dill flavors, super spicy, sweet and Kool-Aid-infused, or simply prefer drinking juice straight from the jar, here are some ways you can relish in your favorite meals and snacks for the day.

1. Jimmy John’s Pickle Sub

Jimmy John’s recently announced the release of the Picklewich at participating locations. Starting October 28 for a limited time only, you can enjoy a Vito or Turkey sandwich with colossal pickles replacing the bread. If that’s not enough, add a side of Dill Pickle chips to complete your dill-icious meal.

2. V8 Grillo’s Dill Pickle Bloody Mary Mix

V8 and Grillo’s Pickles have joined forces to create the ultimate Bloody Mary mix. This non-alcoholic 6-pack is sold on Amazon and regularly sells out. Give your next cocktails a pickle kick and serve for your next gathering.

3. Pickle Beer

Increasing in popularity are pickled-flavored beers. If you’ve ever heard of the South Dakota Martini, locals often order their beer served with a pickle spear. Donna’s Pickle Beer is a lager sold in more than 40 states. Martin House Brewing Company offers another great sour pickle beer. Get your hands on it while you can.

4. Heinz Pickle-Flavored Ketchup

Yes, there’s a pickle-flavored ketchup! It offers a unique spin on the condiment everyone loves. Dip your fries, wings, chips, or even pickles into this blend. Use it on your burgers or add it to your next sauce. The ketchup has both a sweetness from the tomato and saltiness as the pickle seasoning gives notes of vinegar and dill.

5. Pickle-Flavored Chips

Pick up a bag of Dill Pickle Lay’s, Dill Pickle Pringles, or Utz Dill Pickle Ripple Chips. Dress up your next lunch and add them to a sandwich or grab some Marzetti’s Dill Veggie Dip or Hidden Valley Ranch Pickle Dressing to and layer on another element of pickle flavor or a creamy and crunchy bite.

6. Fried Pickles

Pickle lovers everywhere know about this pickle staple. Fried, crispy, and chewy, dipped with a side of ranch. These  bites of goodness prove why just about everything tastes better fried. They are sure to satisfy you at the start of any of meal. Deep fry or air fry them, ignore the calories, and just enjoy. If you’ve never had this delightful dish, don’t miss out. Make your pickles just how you like them by canning your own. The process can take a few days to a few months, but it’s worth the wait. Buy some canning jars or use your own and get out your spices to create your own brine. Did you know that pickling started over 4,000 years ago? This recipe by Food Network can help you get started in the foundations of this ancient method.
