McDonald’s is known for a lot of things: chicken nuggets, french fries, and of course, Happy Meals. As kids, we’ve all had our fair share of Happy Meals. Including a main item, a side item, a drink, a dessert, and of course, a toy. It’s no argument that the best part of a Happy Meal is the signature toy (even as an adult, I still think that). McDonald’s is constantly collaborating with other brands to give us the best toy options. Remember when they collabed with Crocs to give us mini Croc toys? Now, they’re working with one of the most famous K-pop groups, BTS, to deliver the absolute cutest toys.
What is the new BTS Happy Meal?
The collaboration, called the TinyTAN Happy Meal, will feature two sets of special TinyTAN toys. Each one is inspired by one of the group’s seven members. The Throwback Edition will feature the characters in outfits that pay homage to the last time BTS collabed with McDonald’s in 2021 for the BTS Meal. This meal included chicken nuggets, sweet chili and cajun dipping sauces, french fries and a drink. Plus, fans could also purchase custom merch. Although only available for a limited time, fans absolutely loved the meal while it was available. It only makes sense that McDonald’s is teaming up with the group again.
The other set of toys, called the Encore Edition, will have the characters dressed in outfits that celebrate this newest collab. McDonald’s posted a sneak peek on Instagram, and we can see the tiny figures dressed up in McDonald’s inspired fits.
Like all Happy Meals, the TinyTAN meal comes with a main item, a side item, a drink, and a dessert. The box also features a code that customers can scan to play the TinyTAN Power Up game.
If you’re a BTS fan in the city of Los Angeles, you’re extra lucky. McDonald’s also announced that they will be hosting a meet up on September 27 and 28 at the nya West event venue. There, fans will be able to participate in what is being described as an immersive and multisensory experience. There will be plenty of music and Happy Meals !
When will the TinyTAN Happy Meal be available?
Fans will be able to purchase the TinyTAN Happy Meal on September 3. This drop will only include the Throwback Edition of the toys. But on September 23, fans will be able to get their hands on the Encore Edition. The meal will only be available for a limited time, so if you’re a BTS fan, mark your calendar!
