This week on her app, Kourtney Kardashian blessed us with a video of her “quirky” eating habits, specifically when it comes to eating Kit Kat Bars.
She warned us on Twitter back in December to watch out for how she eats her candy, but now it’s finally here.
Break off one bar. That’s right, this process is just for one piece of the entire Kit Kat.
Carefully bite off the chocolate at each end of the bar. Make sure you don’t bite any of the wafer itself, just the chocolate for now.
Repeat this process by biting off the rest of the chocolate on each side.
After the outside chocolate coating has been devoured, separate the top wafer and eat.
Repeat the previous step and separate the bottom wafer and eat.
Finally, treat yourself to the remaining middle part (which is the best part, apparently).
The Kardashians are known for having elaborate and sometimes excessive routines for getting ready and I’d be lying if I said I haven’t tried to copy Kim’s six-step contour process. However, Kourtney’s Kit Kat eating habits are too much for me. I could eat 3 full bars by the time she finishes eating one piece.
