Hershey is now throwing their hat into the Dubai chocolate ring with an incredibly limited Dubai-inspired chocolate bar that dropped Thursday. With just 10,000 bars available, the newest spin on Dubai chocolate is sure to sell out fast.

What is Hershey’s Dubai chocolate bar?

The inspiration for Hershey’s newest product is the viral “Can’t Get Knafeh It” chocolate bar from FIX Dessert Chocolatier, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The chocolate bar contains a mixture of pistachios and tahini blended with kadayif for a crunchy texture and nutty taste.

Hershey’s Dubai-inspired chocolate bars feature a creamy pistachio paste mixed with crispy kadayif for a satisfying filling. The chocolate of the bars is Hershey’s beloved milk chocolate that has been renowned for more than a century.

Hershey sent a few influencers a sneak preview of their Dubai-inspired chocolate bar ahead of Thursday’s release, and the reviews are in — Hershey’s take on the Dubai chocolate bar trend is a hit.

TikToker Ashley Sims said the bar was a 10 out of 10. “The chocolate is so creamy and so is the filling,” Sims said. “This is fire.”

“That is delicious. It’s crunchy, it’s creamy, it’s everything you want,” food influencer @snackolator said in his review of the bar. “Hershey’s is making me feel like they’ve been holding out on all of us.”

Where can you get Hershey’s Dubai-inspired chocolate bar?

Hershey released just 10,000 Dubai-inspired chocolate bars, with access limited to a few cities. If you are lucky enough to live in Chicago, Philadelphia or New York City, you can order a bar on the grocery delivery service Gopuff. The Dubai-inspired chocolate bars are also available at the Times Square location of Hershey’s Chocolate World. 

Priced at $8.99, Hershey’s Dubai-inspired chocolate bar is available for a relatively cheaper price than many other Dubai chocolate products, which often are sold at a premium price of $15 to $20 per bar.

Hershey has confirmed that their Dubai-inspired chocolate bars will be scarcely limited to 10,000 bars, and will not later be put into regular production. Hershey rarely releases trend-inspired products, but with the continued rise of Dubai chocolate on social media, they knew they wanted a piece of the market, even if only in limited numbers to keep it special.
