Ketchup is in this summer and not as the go-to condiment. Fashion brand Kate Spade and the popular ketchup brand Heinz decided to hop onto the “condiment couture” train with a special partnership. The duo’s “Irrational Love” collection was announced on June 26 and is packed with alluring designs that will be perfect for tomato girl summer (IYKYK). The partnership came about due to both brands wanting to immerse with each other based on the same values and vision.

“Kate Spade shares many values with HEINZ - from creating products of the highest quality that are expertly crafted by masters and leave no detail untouched, to exhibiting true devotion to our fans,” said Megan Lang, the head of Global Heinz Brand Communications and Creativity, in the press release. "In return, both brands have incredibly loyal fanbases that transcend generations. At HEINZ, we love to celebrate the unique and unconventional ways our fans show their love to us, and this collection is the perfect opportunity to do so.”

Mixing Heinz’s famous ketchup color and Kate Spade’s unique style, this collaboration is perfectly unexpected.

Red is in this summer.

Highlighting the bright red of ketchup, the “Irrational Love” collection features clothing and accessories with the Heinz logo on it. The limited edition collection ranges between $45 to $398 and includes t-shirts, totes, key chains, shoes, phone cases, and more products that represent this wonderful collaboration between the two brands.

The iPhone case features the Heinz logo with the Kate Spade logo at the bottom, and the t-shirt features a similar design with a “tear here” at the upper left sleeve. If you're a tote-girlie, you can rock the custom-made Heinz x Kate Spade tote with a ketchup design on the top of the bag.

Perfect for barbecues, get-togethers, and parties, sporting the new collection for any occasion will truly satisfy the feeling of the summer.

If you want to get your hands on this condiment-centric collection, it will be available at select Kate Spade stores and online on July 8.
