It’s the holiday season, which means it’s the perfect time to enjoy festive food and drinks, spread some Christmas merriment, and give back. Luckily, McDonald’s agrees with the latter, and is offering 10 Chicken McNuggets for $1 through the end of the year. This new promotion is yet another gift of McDonald’s generosity this year, as McD’s fans have reaped the benefits of Free Fry Fridays, $1 nuggs, and the imminent McValue menu. Now through the end of the year, fans can score 10-piece Chicken McNuggets for only a dollar at McDonald’s, but there is a small catch.
How can you get 10 McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets for $1?
As of Dec. 17, McDonald’s is offering 10 Chicken McNuggets for $1. Yes, one single dollar. This 10-piece Chicken McNuggets is a la carte, and comes with your choice of McD’s sauce: tangy BBQ, spicy buffalo, creamy ranch, honey mustard, honey, and (my personal favorite) sweet n’ sour.
If this deal sounds familiar, it’s likely because McDonald’s is bringing back the same McNuggets deal they offered fans from Nov. 4 to Dec. 2. Like the November deal, though, there is a catch: you need to download the McDonald’s app to access the $1 McNuggets. Downloading the app is free, and in addition to the $1 nuggets, members can get access to free deals, rewards, special menu items, and mobile pay. Once you have the McDonald’s app, you can get 10-piece Chicken McNuggets for $1 through Dec. 31, but there’s another catch: you can only redeem this deal once a week.
What other deals does McDonalds have in the app?
Beyond $1 McNuggets, McDonalds is currently fans many deals via their app. Customers can get a free 10-piece Chicken McNuggets with any purchase, so long as it’s over $1. Fans can also buy the $5 meal deal, aka a 4-piece Chicken McNuggets, small fries, a drink, and a McChicken or a McDouble for $5.
Plus, McDonald’s customers can also get free medium fries with any purchase that is $1 or more on Fridays as part of the “Free Fries Friday” deal. And, for every dollar spent via the McD’s app, customers earn 100 reward points, which builds towards free items, meals, and rewards.
Is the $1 McNuggets Deal Part of the McDonald’s McValue menu?
Beginning on Jan. 7 in the United States, McDonalds is dropping the new McValue menu. This menu will include the $5 Meal Deal, (which comes with a 4-piece Chicken McNuggets, small fries, a drink, and a McChicken or a McDouble) plus a new Buy One, Add One for $1 menu that includes McCafe breakfast deals as well.
Is the McDonald’s Snack Wrap coming back?
But the good news doesn’t end there, since McDonalds is also bringing back the famous snack wrap in 2025.
The original snack wrap consists of grilled or crispy chicken, ranch, honey mustard, lettuce, and cheese wrapped in a tortilla. For now, I’ll enjoy my dollar McNuggets while eagerly awaiting the snack wrap’s return in the new year.
