Trader Joe's girlies know the beloved grocery store is perfect for fresh produce, easy weekday freezer meals, game day snacks, decadent desserts, and much more. I mean, we all have a jar — or jars — of Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend lingering in our cabinet, right? Beyond treating ourselves with the best finds TJ's has to offer, shoppers can also have a little pick-me-up when it comes to the ever-colorful floral section placed at the front of the store. Trader Joe's flowers are truly something special for both the gorgeous variety and the unbeatable price.

Whether you're looking for a nice Mother's Day present, DIY-ing your own wedding or shower flowers, or just treating yourself with a mid-week bouquet, this is the best time to pick up fresh flowers from Trader Joe's.

When are Trader Joe's flowers the freshest?

Luckily for flower fans, Trader Joe's does restock their floral section daily. As it is with most floral markets, the absolute best time to get your stems, fillers, and flowers is as soon as the store opens. Most, if not all Trader Joe's locations, open their doors at 8 a.m. local time.

If you're looking for a seasonal flower, such as tulips during the spring, be sure to ask your regional Trader Joe's workers if they know when they're getting their shipments in. Plus, Trader Joe's bloggers always have the scoop and can give insight into when new flowers are coming into the store. How do I make a good bouquet out of Trader Joe's flowers?

TikTok creator and DIY florist extraordinaire @flower_moxie revealed her tips and tricks for building your own expensive-looking bouquet at Trader Joe's.

The number one tip is to avoid pre-made bouquets already made with multiple plants. "They tend to have a lot of colors happening in them, and that tends to make them look cheap," she says. Then, find your favorite flower in the bunch. From there, choose one color to focus your bouquet around. Here, the TikTok creator focused on pinks. Add in your favorite complementary greenery or filler, and you are golden.

Additionally, you can make a bouquet with Sophia Corin's step-by-step tutorial.

Here, she makes a floral bunch in four parts. She picks her favorite green such as eucalyptus, then picks a medium flower, and then a large flower serving as the star of the bouquet, if you will. Finally, she adds in a small filler flower to pull it together. It's truly so cute, and you can easily make mini bouquets for your friends, craft arrangements for your family members, or fill vases for your own dorm or apartment.
