Fall is my favorite time of year, mostly because of the leaves, sweaters, apple and pumpkin picking, and corn mazes. In New York City, however, leaves fall the instant they turn orange and there are no pumpkin patches anywhere. So how do you get the most out of fall in New York? For one, you could get a dose of fall festivities by getting out of the city for the day to pumpkin pick. Bring those babies back home and include them in your food to keep the fall festivities going!

Here are some ways to work pumpkins into every meal of the day. Happy pumpkin season!
