Fall is here, and that means it's time for all of the pumpkin-flavored foods. I need cheezecake and granola bars in my life, and the fact that they both come in Pumpkin Spice just makes everything better. Fortunately, Daiya and Nature's Bakery each make theirs soy and dairy-free, which is amazing since I don't eat dairy, soy, or peanuts.

I love fall just as much as everyone else in line for a PSL, so when a representative reached out to ask if I was interested in these pumpkin products, I couldn't say no.

Daiya Pumpkin Cheezecake

Pumpkin cheezecake? Pumpkin cheezecake!

Daiya's Pumpkin Spice cheezecake is a limited seasonal flavor, and it doesn't disappoint. The filling is sweet, creamy, and pumpkin-y. It's a perfect fall dessert.

Each round cheezecake is about six inches in diameter, and about 1 1/2 inches tall. The graham cracker crust is tasty, but I wish it was thicker. Sometimes the filling overwhelms the crust and you just get a big mouthful of pumpkin filling.

You have to plan ahead if you want some cheezecake. It comes frozen and the package says to thaw it in the fridge for five or six hours, and then 20 minutes at room temperature. I'm impatient so I left in the fridge for about two hours and then at room temperature for about an hour. It was still cool and cut easily.

The cheezecake is vegan, and gluten, soy, and dairy-free. It does contain coconuts, though. Daiya also offers New York, Key Lime, Chocolate, and Strawberry cheesecake.

Nature's Bakery Pumpkin Spice Fig Bars

Pumpkin spice, meet Fig Newton. The seasonal Pumpkin Spice Nature's Bakery Fig Bar is a grown-up Fig Newtown with a bit of pumpkin flavor. The package advertises pumpkin and cinnamon flavors, and it tastes more cinnamon-y than pumpkin-y, but I'm not mad. There's also a slight apple flavor, which makes sense because the bars have apple powder in them along with the pumpkin spice jam.

The bars are vegan, and dairy and nut-free. They're non-GMO, and they don't contain high fructose corn syrup. They're also made in a peanut and tree nut-free facility. These bars aren't gluten-free, but Nature's Bakery also offers Gluten Free Fig Bars.

Each box comes with six "twin packs." In total, there are 12 bars, but it's hard to eat just one at a time. They aren't the healthiest bars on the market with 21g of sugar and just 3g of protein per two bars, but with a nice warm drink, the pumpkin spice bars make a perfect fall treat.
