Presented by Spoon University x Food Network Kitchen

We’ve all been cooking at home and eating in for weeks now, and if you’re like me I was starting to get bored. Luckily I stumbled across the Food Network Kitchen app that has not only kept me full but also excited to try new recipes every week. (Plus their free trial lasts for 30 days, so it’s a no-brainer!)

What I’m most excited about, is that their live cooking classes are back, with Food Network chefs cooking from their own kitchens, walking you step-by-step through some of their favorite recipes. You can also check out the full lineup when you download the app.

Here are the classes you won’t want to miss this week (psst they’re available on-demand after!) and the items you need to order to follow along:

1. Soft Scrambled Eggs with Brie (Wednesday, May 6th at 8pm EST) - I put cheese on basically everything but putting Brie in my eggs may be the biggest game-changer yet. Here’s what you need: Brie, eggs, milk, parsley, chives, kosher salt, freshly ground pepper, unsalted butter

2. Jelly Doughnut Holes with DIY Colored Sugar (Thursday, May 7th at 8pm EST) - Say it with me folks: Jelly. Doughnut. Holes. If you’re not drooling yet you surely will be if you tune in to make the recipe step-by-step with Erin McDowell. Here are the ingredients: Vegetable oil, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, milk, eggs, butter, food coloring, jelly

3. Crispy Orange-Stuffed French Toast Sticks (Sunday, May 10th at 4pm EST) - Every weekend I’ve been making big brunches for my family as if we were eating out at one of our favorite restaurants. These french toast sticks are perfect for this weekend’s menu. Add these items to your grocery list: whipped cream cheese, orange marmalade, sandwich or challah bread, eggs, milk, cereal flakes, butter or oil, maple syrup

Don’t forget to download the Food Network Kitchen app here so you can follow along and save your favorite recipes for later, too.
