First, for those who are not familiar with HITT training, it stands for High Intensity Interval Training. As someone who has become obsessed with working out, HITT training has been incorporated in not only my weekly routine, but many others as well.

Furthermore, most of us have heard of Kayla Itsines, the intense personal trainer whose workouts kick your a** in a matter of 30 minutes. For those who have accomplished her workouts before, you know that all her workouts revolve around short circuits where you get pushed to your limit during the workout, as it gets your heart racing in a short period of time with minimal rest. Her workouts consist of short intervals of different exercises, thus resembling intense intervals, designed for different muscle groups within the body. Her intense but short workouts are hell and you want the timer to stop before you pass out, but Kayla’s workouts have been proved by numerous people who are dedicated to her fitness program that her method is effective.
