We All Scream for…Sorbetto?

Let’s get some facts straight: we aren’t talking about ice cream. We aren’t even talking about gelato. This is a sorbetto, which is rich and creamy like gelato but dairy-free by definition. 

Sorbetto is traditionally made with frozen fruit, but Talenti decided to switch it up. Their Peanut Butter Fudge version is made with 30% real peanut butter. PB fans, rejoice.

The other primary ingredients are peanuts, water, sugar, and coconut oil, but unlike competing desserts, the base isn’t a nut milk like cashew or almond. So it literally tastes like you’re eating a jar of frozen peanut butter with huge swirls of fudge.
