There are currently 67 days until Christmas (not that I'm counting or anything), but Starbucks is already getting ready for the holiday season. Their famous holiday cups have been known to stir up some controversy, and you better get ready for more think pieces on the shade of red used because the new Starbucks holiday cups are here.

Here is everything you need to know about the cups that will be clogging your Insta and Snap feeds for the entire holiday season.

First reported by Refinery29, the brand new Starbucks cups were revealed on the /r/starbucks subreddit by an employee with the caption "Just got it in our order. Holiday short cup design!??" Yep, it's October, and Starbucks is already onto Christmas cups, but I'm not going to judge them because these cups are STUNNING.

The cups are not red, but they are decorated with tons of Christmas-y designs like presents, snowflakes, ornaments, hearts, trees, and red Starbucks cups (which is so meta). These may just be my favorite cups of all time.

Starbucks has yet to confirm and has not officially announced the release date, so we can't be too sure that these are the legit holiday cups. However, this info is coming straight from a Starbucks employee, so I'm putting some trust in it.

The holiday cups came out last year on November 10, so at least we won't have to wait too long to see the Starbucks' new holiday cups. Until then, I'm just going to dream about sipping a Chestnut Praline Latte instead of studying for midterms.
