3 Easy Snacks That Will Make Life a Little Sweeter

Greek Yogurt & Honey

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

Step 1

Put yogurt into bowl along with honey. You can use as little or as much as you want, all depends on how sweet you want it. Then stir and you've got yourself a super simple snack.

Then bring the campfire drink to your living room. 

Roasted Marshmallow Milkshake

Ingredients
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 marshmallows
  • Pinch Salt

Step 1

Add ice cream, milk, vanilla, and salt into a blender.

Step 2

Preheat oven on broil. Place marshmallows on tin foil lined pan into the oven turning constantly, they'll be roasted within seconds.

Add 6 marshmallows into the blender, leaving remaining 2 to the side.

When reasonably blended pour into a glass and place one of the two remaining marshmallows on top of each shake.

Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients
  • 25-30 vanilla wafers
  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line muffin tins with paper liners.

Crush the vanilla wafers. Place a tablespoon into each muffin liner.

Step 3

In bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy (it's okay if there's some tiny chunks of cream cheese hanging around). Fill each muffin liner almost to the top.

Step 4

Bake for 18-20 minutes. When the cream cheese mixture's relatively firm to the touch you've successfully made miniature cheesecakes! Feel free to add your choice of toppings.
