For those of you who don’t know, it’s now officially summer. That means you can say goodbye to school and hello to beach days (for two months, at least). Skittles is celebrating properly by introducing the new Super Splash pack. They’re bringing new flavors and a bright pink bag for a limited time to honor the best season of the year. If you’re a fan of these perfect little chewy candies like I am, this is some serious news.
Skittles Summer Splash pack comes with five tropical flavors that really represent the sweetness of summer: blue raspberry, watermelon, kiwi banana, orange and strawberry. Just picture all of the amazing fruit you’d find at your local farm stand, but just in skittle form (not counting blue raspberry, since the fruit technically doesn't exist).
Not that I don’t love the OG flavors, because I absolutely do, but the flavors in the Super Splash pack are definitely next-level. Most importantly, you can rest assured that the green watermelon flavor actually does taste like watermelon, which makes it even more necessary that you give these a try ASAP. Trust me, once you get your hands on these, you’re not going to want summer to come to an end. They're going to be my #1 beach snack.
Here’s the deal, though. The Super Splash pack is not available everywhere. You can only get them for a limited time this summer at Dollar General stores. I would say you could come to my house for a taste, but I don't think I'm willing to share. But, good news for you is that summer’s already started, so you can run to the store now to give these a try.
