Sadly the holidays are over and all you’re left with is a pounds of turkey, jeans that fit a little tighter, and slices on slices of boring, old pumpkin pie. l don’t know about you, but leftovers aren’t necessarily at the top of my list of things that I want to dig into.

What if I told you that their were some delicious variations of the traditional pumpkin pie that are a perfect cure for your post-Thanksgiving blues? Well, looks like Christmas came early for all you pumpkin lovers out there.

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

Ingredients
  • 1 large slice pumpkin pie
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Step 1

Combine ingredients (except whipped cream) and blend until smooth.

Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.

Ingredients
  • 1 large slice pumpkin pie
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Step 1

Mash pumpkin pie in large bowl until crust is incorporated throughout filling.

Step 2

Form tablespoon-sized balls of pumpkin pie mixture and place in freezer for at least 20 minutes.

Step 3

Melt white chocolate in microwave, stirring every 15 seconds.

Coat frozen pie balls in melted white chocolate and allow to set.
