From tiny marshmallow snowmen to marshmallow cookies, you'll never want plain hot chocolate ever again!

Hot Chocolate Snowmen Pals

Total Time: 15 Minutes

Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS

6 Stuffed Puffs® Classic Milk Chocolate Filled Marshmallows (approx. half of a bag)

¼ cup milk chocolate, melted

2 orange sprinkles

DIRECTIONS

1. Using a long wooden skewer, stack and skewer three Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows on top of one another.

2. Using a piping bag with a small round tip, or plastic baggie with a tiny hole cut from the tip, pipe two dots for eyes, dots to form a mouth, and a dot in the center to secure one orange sprinkle “nose.”

3. Serve the Snowman Pals alongside each other with a piping hot mug of cocoa! (Be careful to not overfill your mug, dunking the Pals displaces some liquid!).

Hot Chocolate Cookies

Makes: 14 Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 bag Stuffed Puffs® Classic Milk Chocolate Filled Marshmallows or Stuffed Puffs® Chocolate-on-Chocolate Filled Marshmallows

1 stick salted butter

1 (12 oz) bag chocolate chips

3 eggs

1 ¼ cups brown sugar

1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

1 ¾ cups flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

¼ cup cocoa powder

⅛ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows in half, place on a tray and freeze.

2. Melt butter and chocolate chips in microwave, stirring until smooth.

3. Whisk eggs, brown sugar and vanilla until combined. Add to chocolate mix.

4. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate a minimum of 30 minutes until firm.

5. Scoop batter into 1-inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.Use your thumb to press an indentation in the middle of each.

6. Bake at 350 degrees about 8 minutes until just under cooked. Place a Stuffed Puffs® (chocolate side down) on each cookie and bake 3-4 more minutes.

INGREDIENTS

2-3 Stuffed Puffs® Classic Milk Chocolate Filled Marshmallows or Stuffed Puffs® Chocolate-on-Chocolate Filled Marshmallows

1 cup milk

Whipped cream (for topping)

DIRECTIONS

1. In a small sauce pan, slowly heat milk.

2. Place 2-3 Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows (the more you add the more chocolatey it becomes) in the warm milk. Stir occasionally.

3. Once Stuffed Puffs® fully dissolve into the milk, just pour into a mug and serve up the best, creamiest hot cocoa out there.

For those busier days, feel free to pop your mug with milk and Stuffed Puffs® in the microwave for roughly 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir until properly mixed and enjoy!
