OK, sticking to a "healthy" New Year's resolution is already proving to be harder than I thought. I came back to work from a Christmas cookie binge with high hopes of eating right, and I'm already over it. IHOP is turning 60 this year and to celebrate, they're bringing back "All You Can Eat Pancakes" on the cheap. Hold on, going to go get my stretchy pants on.

The nationwide deal started Jan. 2 and goes through Feb. 11, and it's only $3.99. Yes, take your pick and start off with either a stack of five Buttermilk pancakes, or a short stack of two combined with eggs, hash browns, and a side of either sausage, ham, or bacon, and get unlimited additional short stacks of two pancakes until you're full or sick or whatever.

There are no silly gimmicks, apps to download, or random coupons you have to collect. This deal is for everyone at anytime. Just think how many pancakes you could actually down over the next month—tbh, that's kind of terrifying.
