8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1 stick unsalted butter (very softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

1. Cream together the cream cheese and butter in a bowl.
2. Stir in the vanilla.
3. Add the powdered sugar gradually, mixing well after each addition.
4. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers.
