How to Score Free Chipotle This Friday

I probably spent about a good quarter of my time in college waiting in line at Chipotle (#WorthIt). It was always so packed in there, it was like they were giving the stuff away for free. Well, good news, this week they actually are. Yes, on Friday, the chain is offering free food to its customers. Here's how you can snag free Chipotle.

The Deal

Wear your favorite hockey team's jersey and walk into any participating Chipotle this Friday, March 2 between 10:45 am and 10 pm, and you'll be treated to a sweet BOGO deal. Get a buy one, get one free on tacos, burritos, bowls, and salads.

Obviously, you can score this deal and keep two burritos for yourself. But, if you're like me and not really a hockey fan (I'm from Cleveland where it's not really a thing), find that friend who hangs a Blackhawks flag on their wall and tell them to hit you up. 

Chipotle is an official sponsor of USA Hockey and Hockey Weekend Across America (which is March 2 - 4). The weekend kicks off with Wear Your Favorite Hockey Jersey Day, followed by Try Hockey For Free Day, where kids ages 4-9 can give hockey a try for the first time at participating rinks.

I might not be trying hockey this weekend, but maybe I'll switch up my burrito and try some new fillings, like quinoa, for free.
