Gingerbread House tastes like the name suggests—gingerbread, duh. It's packed with cookie pieces and icing, and unlike some of the other cookie-based flavors, actually has a lot of cookie bites. Like a lot. I'm here for all the cookie bites.
The ice cream is pretty dang enjoyable straight out of the carton, but you can also try topping your Christmas cookies with it or pair it with your Thanksgiving pie for a little à la mode action.
