Fuel Your Body With Plant-Based Protein From RightRice

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Hofstra chapter.

For college students like myself, summer is that time where we can relax and get a break from some of our daily responsibilities. However, it is really easy to slip back into poor eating habits during this time with temptations of ice cream and barbecue favorites. While these might be temporarily satisfying, these foods can easily drain your energy. Not only will you not feel your best, but you will end up with less energy to do the things you love. If you’re looking for a way to fuel yourself this summer consider adding RightRice to your diet.
