This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Oregon chapter.

We’ve all been there. Picking what to eat for dinner is one of the hardest decisions any person can make. Between finally picking what to eat and then actually eating dinner you’ve already wasted time. Time that could have been spent on something else rather then pondering, looking through your seemingly endless refrigerator trying to find what sounds appetizing. Well, do I have the solution for you. In this chart are questions one should ask themselves when picking what to eat for dinner. This will help dramatically reduce the time that will be spent thinking about what to eat, to actually cooking and eating your food at a decent time. Go on, ask these questions to yourself the next time you can’t decide what to eat for dinner, it will not only be lifesaving but will help you to become more decisive when it comes to eating food.
