Here’s How To Make Your Favorite Christmas Drink More Christmas-y

Christmas is in the air, and a new year is approaching  quickly. With the exciting festivities happening and the thrill of opening up gifts on Christmas morning, the holiday magic has everyone in a chokehold — most specifically, our beloved coffee chains. Almost every coffee chain has released holiday-inspired drinks, with limited-time flavors ranging from peppermint to eggnog

If you’re someone who is really big on everything Christmas, this can also mean formulating your holiday drinks into something more Christmas-y. Instead of ordering your drink in its normal form, add some extra Xmas flavor to your bevy — it’ll keep your spirits alive!

Starbucks Peppermint Mocha with Peppermint Chocolate Cream

The peppermint mocha is made with Starbucks’ signature espresso roast, milk, mocha sauce, and peppermint syrup. The drink is then topped off with whipped cream and dark-chocolate curls. To give it a more Christmas feel, swap out the whipped cream with the peppermint chocolate cream and keep the chocolate curls.

If you prefer the hot version of the peppermint mocha, the cold foam won’t be as compatible due to the hot temperature of the drink. But, you can keep everything the same as you wish.

Starbucks Gingerbread Chai with Nutmeg Powder

On its own, the gingerbread chai is a perfect reminiscent of a spiced holiday cookie. If you want more of that holiday cookie taste, add your desired pumps of the gingerbread syrup. You can also swap out the pumpkin spice topping with the nutmeg powder for the finishing touch.

Starbucks Sugar Cookie Frappuccino with Sugar Cookie Cold Foam

For those who love the lineup of Starbucks’ sugar cookie drinks, replace the whipped cream from the sugar cookie frappuccino with the sugar cookie cold foam.

Dunkin’ Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte with Cookie Butter Syrup

Available hot or iced, the toasted white chocolate signature latte is made with espresso, milk, and toasted white chocolate syrup. The drink is topped off with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar. Consider giving the latte a more holiday taste by adding a pump of the cookie butter syrup, which amplifies the creaminess of the toasted chocolate syrup with the Biscoff-like flavor of the cookie butter syrup.

7Brew Pecan Pie Breve with Peppermint Syrup

A part of the chain’s holiday menu, the pecan pie breve is made of espresso, half and half, and a mixture of Irish cream, salted caramel, and almond roca syrups. If you would rather have a peppermint patty flavor, swap out the salted caramel and Irish cream syrups with the peppermint syrup. By keeping the almond roca, this mixture is tasty with the minty flavors combining with the nutty, toffee flavor.

Paris Baguette Holiday White Chocolate Mocha with Peppermint Syrup

The holiday white chocolate mocha is made with espresso, white chocolate mocha sauce, milk and is topped with red sugar sprinkles. No matter if you get it hot or iced, ask to add in your desired pumps of the peppermint syrup and viola — you made yourself a holiday peppermint white chocolate mocha!

Dutch Bros Hazelnut Truffle Mocha with Peppermint Syrup

With the mixture of hazelnut and chocolate milk, add some peppermint syrup to the party to give it the ultimate Christmas makeover.
