It’s May, which means we get to honor Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month, and there are so many ways to celebrate. Aside from going to regional events, parades, and festivals and spending your money at AANHPI-owned businesses, you can also follow some incredible AANHPI food influencers on social media. In this roundup, we’re sharing just a few of our favorite AANHPI food influencers you should check out. From cooking tutorials to restaurant reviews, these creators are serving up a feast for the eyes and the stomach.

Ramya Ramesh is a vegan food creator who shares vegan recipes of popular dishes across various cultures. She has posted non-meat versions of char siu pork belly, garlic parmesan wings, vodka pasta, palak paneer, jjajangmyeon, and much more. Moriah House is a National Writer at Spoon University. She writes about all things related to food culture, from Trader Joe’s tips to TikTok trends. Beyond Spoon University, Moriah works as an elevator operator, which has its ups and downs. Her first job was at a frozen custard shop, and although she still loves dairy desserts, she is currently taking a break from the ice cream industry. Additionally, she serves as Views Editor for the FSView, Florida State University's independent, student-run newspaper. Moriah is currently a Senior at Florida State University, majoring in Anthropology with a minor in Geography.In her free time, Moriah enjoys baking chocolate-chip cookies, attempting to learn Italian, obsessing over cool plants, and going for podcast walks.
