On April 15-17th, and also April 22-24th, you can expect your Instagram feed to be full of flower crowns, cutoff jean shorts, and crocheted crop tops because it’s Coachella time. That is, unless you were lucky enough to snag a pass (they cost $399 and they’re sold out, btw) and you are going be one of the many posting Instagrams like that. Props to you.

Whether you will be grooving to the numerous artists performing in Indio, California on one of the two weekends, or if you are going to be jamming out on your own with your flower crown at home, check out this “food playlist” to help you get pumped for Coachella. Here’s what you should be listening to and eating to get ready for this esteemed music festival.

1. Candyman by Zedd

Kick things off with Zedd’s latest single, Candyman. Just grab your favorite type of candy and start munching.

2. Home by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros

This is a classic jam and easily the most popular song by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Whip up your favorite comfort food while you kick back to this song.

3. Dirty Paws by Monsters and Men

Paws make me think of puppies. And puppies make me think of little baby golden retrievers,  but also the sweet snack puppy chow. Grab Chex cereal, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and powdered sugar to make some.

4. Roses by The Chainsmokers

Been on Pinterest lately? Then you have probably seen people posting about apple roses. Check out this recipe and make ’em for yourself.

5. Drinking from the Bottle by Calvin Harris feat. Tinie Tempah

Grab a bottle of your alcohol of choice and start drinking! Just kidding. Well, I guess that’s really up to you. Besides, a drink a day is actually good for you.

6. Roman Holiday by Halsey

Pick your favorite Italian eats and pretend you’re in Rome. Pizza, pasta, cannolis? It is up to you.

7. Tennessee Whiskey by Chris Stapleton

Switch the flower crown out for a cowboy hat and get yourself some Jack Daniels.

8. Chocolate by The 1975

This is definitely one of my favorite songs, and you can bet I’ll be wishing I was at Coachella experiencing The 1975 singing this. I guess I’ll just have to settle for some chocolate and play the song on repeat instead.

Happy eating and listening, Spooners.
