I stand by my belief that nuts make just about everything better. One of the best things about nuts is that there are so many different kinds and they can be used at every. single. meal. Nuts are amazing for your health and contain so many of the good, unsaturated fats that you need to power through your day. They are also full of fiber and heart healthy.

I never met an avocado I didn't like.
