Summers are always great. Summers give us a reason to walk around in the streets wearing hot pants, spaghetti, sleeveless tops, little black dresses, beach dresses, shorts, boxers, and what not. But, alas! Everything has its own pros and cons.

Come summers, and most of us also have to deal with our bodies begging us for more rejuvenation and care after infinite number days spent soaking up the sun, surf and sand during our vacations. Summers can cause oil and sweat production and skin problems—namely sunburn, heat rashes and breakouts—that seem to increase along with the temperature.

Did you know that there are a lot of ways in which tea can make you look more beautiful? In fact, there are no limits to the benefits that a daily cup of tea brings us with its herbal infusion of organic and natural ingredients. Working till late at nights and spending hours staring into our computers, phones or televisions can make our eyes look puffy and tired. It gets worse during exam days when most of us are sleep deprived.

This is when black tea comes to our rescue. Steep two bags of black tea in hot water for five minutes and then refrigerate the contents until they’re cold. Apply a tea bag to each eye and relax for some time. This will soothe your puffy eyes and bring a renewed glow to your face.

2. Green tea

Rinse thoroughly and condition well with a cup of cold green tea water. Your hair will feel soft and smooth with a party-ready shine!

3. Peppermint tea
