4 Things You Missed from FeelGood’s Cookie Delivery

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Skidmore chapter.

1. Wait, what’s FeelGood?

If you haven’t heard of FeelGood by now, you’re probably living under a rock. They are a club on campus that makes gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches on Tuesdays and Wednesdays on the second floor of Case Center and gives them to students and faculty in exchange for a donation that goes towards the sustainable end of world hunger. Pretty sweet, right?

2. So explain the whole cookie delivery thing

This past Sunday they baked dozens and dozens of chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies as well as brownies. Students could call or text their orders in from 7-10pm, and as if by magic baked goods would show up at their dorm/apartment/library/Case (and by show up I mean another student and I ran around campus for 3 hours delivering them).

3. How much does it cost?

We were offering 3 cookies for $2, 6 for $4 or a dozen for $8. 100% of the money we received goes to the organizations we are supporting, so some people felt generous enough to donate more.

4. When will there be another cookie delivery?

We’ll be doing another one at the end of the semester right around finals, so while you’re studying you can order a dozen cookies and “share them with your friends” but really save them all for yourself.
