Here are 4 outrageously tasty recipes to step up your grilled cheese game.

Nutella and Banana Grilled Cheese

Easy

Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 5-7 minutes
Total Time: 6-8 minutes

Ingredients:
2 slices white bread
½ banana
½ cup fontina, asiago, and parmesan cheese mix
3 tablespoons Nutella
1 tablespoon butter
1 pinch salt

Directions:
1. Cut the half of banana into ¼ inch slices. Set aside for later.

2. Melt butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Add a pinch of salt.

3. Add one slice of bread to the melted butter, spread Nutella, add cheese and sliced bananas.

4. Place the other slice of bread on top. Flip the sandwich.

Mediterranean Grilled Cheese

Prep Time: 8 minutes
Cook Time: 5-7 minutes
Total Time: 13-15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 slices white bread
½ zucchini
2 tablespoons crumbled feta
3 slices Monterey jack cheese
3 tablespoons hummus
2 tablespoon butter
1 pinch salt

Directions:
1. Cut the half of zucchini into ¼ inch slices.

2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Add a pinch of salt.

3. Fry the zucchini slices in the butter until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

4. Place one slice of bread on the buttered skillet and spread hummus over top of bread.

5. Place the slices of zucchini, crumbled feta and Monterey jack on top of hummus.

Ingredients:
2 slices white bread
½ avocado
½ tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
3 slices pepper jack cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 pinch salt

Directions:
1. Cut the half of avocado into small pieces and mash until the avocado is the consistency of guacamole.

Ingredients:
2 slices white bread
½ cup fontina, asiago, and parmesan cheese mix
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon tarragon leaves
1 pinch salt

Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Add a pinch of salt.

2. Add one slice of bread to pan, spread mayo on top of bread and sprinkle garlic salt and tarragon leaves on top.
