They say there’s a fine line between genius and insanity; it’s clear that the good people of Pure Eats in Downtown Harrisonburg, who come in bright and early at 6 a.m. to create daily donut masterpieces, are nothing short of geniuses (but definitely insane for that clock-in time).

Every day, these donut daredevils come up with flavors for the day on the spot, then get started on dozens of fresh, homemade marvels for their customers to enjoy. Their flavors are constantly changing (with about four different flavors available a day), and it just seems like they never cease to nail it.
