I think it’s safe to say that food is of major importance in the world of Gilmore. I think it’s also safe to say that with the premiere of the Gilmore Girls revival just around the corner, one of the most missed characters will definitely be Sookie St. James.

The lack of quirky, enthusiastic and bubbly will be duly noted along with the amazing recipes that always managed to make my mouth water at the mere mention of them. But alas, Sookie fans rejoice.
