Oops, I did it again.
The roommate is not home and you went and ate half of her ice cream. She loves you, but she’s an ice cream enthusiast (@me) and you took away half of her happiness. You should replace it, but you’re broke, and probably lazy. So here’s your solution.
#SpoonTip: this works SO MUCH BETTER if you do not eat, like, half of the container. Have a little self-control.
Step 1: Place the container in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Ice cream soup, anyone?
Step 2: Replace the lid and refreeze the ice cream, upside-down, for at least 5 hours.
Tricky.
Step 3: When you remove the ice cream, it literally looks brand new.
As Olivia Pope would say, it’s handled.
