Sadly, those crinkly little packs available in most stores can get pricey. Luckily, you can make your own delicious and nutritious seaweed snacks at home in under an hour. Sprinkled with a bit of sea salt, brushed with wasabi or topped with your choice of seasonings, they’re the perfect simple treat if you’re craving new snacks with a kick.

Ingredients:
As many sheets of seaweed as you desire (1 sheet = 6-8 pieces)
Sesame oil
Sea salt
Optional: sesame seeds, wasabi or other spices
Directions:
1. Turn the oven to 250° F.
2. Cut each sheet into your desired sized pieces with scissors. Stack them and cut multiple sheets at once to save time.
3. Place seaweed in a single layer on a baking sheet
3. Using a pastry brush or a paper towel, lightly brush each piece with sesame oil and a sprinkle with sea salt. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds or mix some wasabi into the sesame oil.
4. Roast in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
