Ever tried seaweed snacks? Rich with vitamins and low in calories, they’re the perfect substitute for potato chips and are arguably more addicting. Sadly, those crinkly little packs available in most stores can get pricey. Luckily, you can make your own delicious and nutritious seaweed snacks at home in under an hour. Sprinkled with a bit of sea salt, brushed with wasabi or topped with your choice of seasonings, they’re the perfect simple treat if you’re craving new snacks with a kick.

Ingredients:
As many sheets of seaweed as you desire (1 sheet = 6-8 pieces)
Sesame oil
Sea salt
Optional: sesame seeds, wasabi or other spices

Directions:
1. Turn the oven to 250° F.

2. Cut each sheet into your desired sized pieces with scissors. Stack them and cut multiple sheets at once to save time.
3. Place seaweed in a single layer on a baking sheet
3. Using a pastry brush or a paper towel, lightly brush each piece with sesame oil and a sprinkle with sea salt. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds or mix some wasabi into the sesame oil.

4. Roast in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.
5, Let cool and store in a plastic bag or container or eat them directly off the pan!
