How to Peel a Mango in Seconds Without Wasting It

My experience with a mango this past week taught me two things. The first, that I do not trust myself with knives (nasty cut) and second, your non-dominant thumb is way more important that you can imagine (texting is hard).

Step 1: Do not try to peel a mango with a knife.

Step 2: Slice the mango and slide halves down the edge of a glass to peel.

Step 3: Voilà, Mango. The added bonus? Two unscathed thumbs.
