As a college student, it is hard to find the time to make a dinner every night that doesn't take a ton of time. Let's be honest, a lot of us try to eat healthy and prepare our own meals but end up just going to our favorite restaurant. Pizza is a staple in the college student diet; it's easy, quick, and requires no cooking. But all the carbs that come with pizza eventually add up. Thankfully, growing up my mother taught me this simple trick to enjoy pizza in a personalized way. Tortilla crust pizzas are so simple. They take less than 5 minutes to make and you are more than likely to already have most of the ingredients in your pantry or refrigerator.
