Biting into this apple will make juice run down your chin. They are extremely sweet and juicy, with a crisp, cream colored skin. Because of their sweetness, Fuji apples are perfect for applesauce since you won’t need to add any sugar. Or if you are feeling adventurous, try adding them in coleslaw.
