2-Step DIY Gluten-Free Flour

Instead of buying gluten-free flour at a store, make it yourself in one easy step. I love using this easy almond flour hack to use in recipes like gluten-free molten chocolate banana bread muffins.

Step 1: Choose a naturally gluten-free food item

For example, almonds, oats, quinoa, chestnuts, hazelnuts, or garbanzo beans. If you are using almonds, be careful not to blend too long or else it will become a paste.

Step 2: Grind ingredients in a blender

That’s it. Store it in a bag or jar for up to 6 months.
