As the president of McGill Culinary Society and McGill Fitness Club, I am crazy about food, cooking, nutrition, and health. I can't stand having the same food twice in a day, so I constantly experiment with new dishes and novel food pairings. When I travel, I plan my itinerary according to the restaurants that I want to visit. Whenever I see an exotic ingredient in a supermarket, I would buy it and bring it home then research on how to use it. My favorite recipes are those from Yotam Ottolenghi. If I must choose one city to live there for the rest of my life, I would choose Bangkok.
