Obsessed with writing, 18-year-old Srilekha has worked in several social justice organizations with an emphasis in marketing & copywriting. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Plannr Consulting, a mental health nonprofit, the Branding Director at Voyagers, a sustainability consulting company, and the Assistant Director of Campaigns at Redefy. She’s passionate about sustainability, mental health, education justice, and reproductive health awareness. She also works as a freelance professional, having written for Business Insider, Mashable, The Tempest, Urban Asian, Sustain The Mag, and several other publications. The Conversationalist also named her as an honoree in the mental health category of their Conversationa-LIST series.
