Hi, I'm Rachel! I've been interested in food since I was little. Growing up in Colorado as a vegetarian, my family spent a lot of time cooking and thinking about food. Learning more about the activism and social contexts for food has inspired me to promote veganism and local, sustainable and affordable food on campus. When I graduate in 2017, I want to pursue my interests and get my Masters in Food Studies.
