Phoebe Wu is a UC Berkeley student majoring in Economics and Music with a minor in Food Systems. A passionate culinary enthusiast and storyteller, she founded Herban Omnivore, where she designs and curates experiential dining experiences featuring themed, interactive menus centered on seasonality and plant-forward cuisine. As a musician, she is particularly drawn to the sensory dimension of food and launched Savoring the Score, an event series pairing multi-course tasting menus with classical concerts to create immersive, community-driven experiences. When she’s not writing or producing, you can find her hosting spontaneous pop-ups in her apartment, leaving novel-length reviews on Beli, or concocting unhinged cocktails that belong more in a chemistry lab than a bar.
