As a vegan, I am very passionate about how sustainable eating relates to environmental issues. I am involved in my university's student culinary council and dining sustainability internship, where I work towards more plant-based eating/awareness, among other environmentally-friendly practices. My hope is to make the world of plant-based eating more attainable for those that are interested!
