I have a tricky relationship with food, but I've found that cooking and just being in an environment with good food makes enjoying it a lot easier. I love to write, and I think being a writer for Spoon University would allow me to get more comfortable with different types of food, while simultaneously having a written log of that journey to look back on and remind myself what's good. I also have a strong itch to drop out and pursue culinary school, so I think this opportunity would give me that outlet by being in the environment of food without completely abandoning my still very important education in the process (I love BU it's just these GenEd classes have been irking me).
