As an undergraduate student at Indiana University from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I'm studying Economic Consulting, International Business, and East Asian Languages and Cultures with a focus on Chinese. I'm also part of the Chinese Flagship Program, which is helping me become fluent in Mandarin and learn a lot about Chinese culture.

On campus, I'm involved in groups that let me explore my interests and develop my leadership skills. As the External Event Coordinator for the Asian American Association, I help plan cultural events that bring different communities together. I'm also a member of Ascend, a group for Asian business professionals. Through Ascend, I get to meet people in the business world and learn about opportunities for Asian leaders in different industries.

When I'm not studying or working on these activities, I have other hobbies that keep me busy. I'm part of the Di:verse Dance Club, where I get to express myself through dance. I also love learning new languages, not just as part of my studies but as a personal interest. I currently speak Korean and English fluently, and I'm actively learning Chinese through my studies and the Chinese Flagship Program. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes I discover on TikTok. It's a fun way to explore different cuisines and improve my cooking skills. These different interests, along with my studies and cultural activities, help me see things from many angles. In the future, I hope to use this broad perspective to build connections between people and businesses around the world.
