Nazli Mohideen is a junior in the Journalism and Media Studies program with a minor in Gender and Media. As an aspiring journalist, she has written for publications like The Falconer’s Voice, CNJ+ Media (formerly The Millstone Times), The Daily Targum and Spoon University. She also works as a tutor for the Rutgers Writing Center and serves as a member of the editorial team for its blog, RUminations. Additionally, she is a first-year scholar at the Institute for Women’s Leadership. Her work, both personal and professional, has been recognized by the New Jersey Monthly Magazine, Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey and the New Jersey Climate Change Resource Center.
