My name is Mollie, and I am so excited to be a part of Spoon! I am double majoring in Special education and Elementary education. I love food and how it has the ability to bring people together! I cannot wait to see what this year brings! I am half Mexican and all of my early memories have always been around the table with my family. Food is not only something you consume, but it is a way to bring people together. I can’t for the spoon community to grow at GCU!
